8a Certification for Construction Contractors

The Federal Government spends approximately $6B annually with 8(a) construction firms. This amount is approximately 20% of the Federal Governments annual construction budget of $30B. I have broken down the budget by States/US territory to show the total amount of Federal Spending in each location. Included is also transactional data with the average revenue per 8(a) firm in that State. This data is valuable in determining which states provide the most opportunities for 8(a) construction firms.
