Federal Executive Boards
If I had a dime for the number of times I have heard “if you are not in the Washington, D.C. area there is no federal contracting opportunities,” I would be a rich man. The truth of the matter is that only 15% of all federal employees reside in the greater DC Area. In fact certain cities and states have such high concentrations of Federal Employees that Federal Executive Boards were established to help manage the Federal operations in these areas. I have put together a the list of cities and states along with a corresponding map that shows where these boards are located.
